Overzicht

School CHEPIO.TECH is a full-stack MVP of an online education platform created as a foundation for multiple course tracks, live teaching, and future product scaling. The platform includes a custom backend, student dashboard, admin area, internal learning library, payments, credits, and infrastructure for live sessions. From the start, it was designed not as a marketing site, but as a real product system: a place where new courses can be launched, classes can be created, schedules can be managed, and group video calls for up to 20 students can be run. The architecture also anticipates the next stage of development, including many parallel cohorts and a separate AI-powered platform for student testing and guided learning.

De Uitdaging

The main challenge was to build the first version as a real product foundation rather than a promotional website. The platform needed to cover user roles, course structure, classes, scheduling, live lessons, recordings, payments, and a credit model from day one, while still leaving room for future scaling. That meant defining a clean domain model and architecture that could support many parallel classes, additional programs, and a planned AI-driven testing and learning platform.

De Oplossing

I built the MVP as a product-focused technical foundation for validating the idea and formalising the business logic. The solution combines a structured backend for users, programs, groups, sessions, recordings, private lesson requests, credits, and purchases with frontend interfaces for the public site, student dashboard, admin panel, and learning library. This first version established the architecture needed to scale into a broader education platform with parallel class management, live learning workflows, and AI-assisted testing.

Full-Stack Developer. I was responsible for product architecture, database design, backend logic, integrations, and frontend implementation. My goal was to turn the concept into a working MVP and define a scalable technical foundation for future iterations.
