BigFig Mattress is a US-based e-commerce brand specialising in mattresses for plus-size sleepers. As part of the RMG Media frontend team, I contributed to specific frontend components and optimisations on the React-based storefront built on a Magento 2 backend. All intellectual property, platform code, and commercial rights belong to RMG Media and BigFig Mattress. The current live platform may reflect updates beyond my contribution period.
De Uitdaging
Integrating a modern React storefront with a Magento 2 backend while delivering a product-page-heavy e-commerce experience that performs well on mobile and meets Core Web Vitals targets.
De Oplossing
Contributed to React/Next.js frontend development - worked on product page components, SSG integration, and checkout flow UI improvements as part of the RMG Media team.
