CHEPIO.TECHCR Arena
A Telegram Mini App for community Clash Royale tournaments, with brackets, rankings, an in-app wallet and admin tools. I designed and built it; launch work is ongoing.

Overview
CR Arena runs community tournaments inside Telegram. Players sign in with Telegram, link their game tag and join single-elimination, Best of 3, Best of 5, 2v2 or three-player clan events. The app is publicly available in Telegram. Real payments, legal onboarding and verified game-account ownership are planned before a paid launch.
The goal
Run several tournament formats inside Telegram while keeping balances, prizes and player identity under server control.
What I built
I built the interface as a Telegram Mini App and the backend on Cloudflare Pages Functions with a D1 database. The server validates Telegram sign-in data; a scheduled Worker builds brackets, applies match timeouts and finalises results.
Delivered
- Five tournament formats, from single elimination to three-player clan battles
- Server-validated Telegram sign-in, with balances tied to the Telegram account
- Player rankings, match history, referrals and support chat
- Admin panel for tournaments, users, disputes and partner commissions
