Overview
Print CHEPIO.TECH is an online custom printing service that allows individuals and brands to order personalised apparel - t-shirts, hoodies, canvas bags, and other fabric products - with no minimum order quantity and a 1-2 business day turnaround. The platform removes the typical barriers of the custom printing industry: no large upfront commitments, no design expertise required (the team provides free design assistance), and fast domestic delivery in 1-3 days with international shipping available. Orders are placed via a Telegram bot integration, keeping the ordering flow simple and accessible for the Ukrainian market. The site was designed and built as a full CHEPIO.TECH commercial product, with a clean Next.js frontend, Ukrainian-first content strategy, and a Telegram-based order pipeline.
The Challenge
The challenge was to build a conversion-focused commercial product for the Ukrainian market that removes all friction from the custom printing process. Standard printing services require bulk orders, have slow turnarounds, and assume design expertise. The goal was to flip that: one item minimum, fast delivery, and free design help - with an ordering flow that does not require users to navigate a complex e-commerce checkout.
The Solution
Built a Next.js marketing and product site with a clean product showcase, process visualisation, and a direct Telegram bot integration as the primary order channel. The Telegram-first approach suits the Ukrainian market where messaging apps are the dominant commerce touchpoint. Free design assistance is offered to lower the barrier for customers without design skills. The product page communicates the core value proposition clearly: no MOQ, fast turnaround, colour durability across 50+ washes.
